This is a SINGLE PRODUCT Scrap for Hire/S40/S4H/Professional Use license. By purchasing this license, it is giving you the right to use my designs from the Commercial-use Category in your small business. YOU MUST purchase a separate license for EACH PRODUCT that you would like to use in your business. (This license and this price does NOT include the actual products themselves).
You will need to download the zip file that contains your license and ALSO a form to fill out and return to me through email (email address
is included in the form) for my own documentation. Thank you.
All graphics and all products you are purchasing licenses for are protected by copyright laws and are the property of Joelle design and are simply licensed to you for use in your small business, they are NOT sold to you, and they are NOT your property and NOT your designs.
This license does NOT apply to collaboration kits that I have participated in with other designers.
You MAY NOT use coupon codes, or any discounts while purchasing this product. If you do, it will violate the terms of this license and the license will become void.
By purchasing this license you agree to adhere to these terms as follows:
* Use of a single product per license purchased for your Scrap for Hire, photography, other small business (including cards, invitations, crafts or announcements) or your own PERSONAL website/blog design;
* The finished design is supplied in a flattened JPG format unless ;
* The product must be in quantities of less then 200
For any other use, please contact me for further licensing agreements.
Under the terms of this license, you MAY use my products...
* to create custom layouts, custom artwork, invitations, and cards for your clients ONLY if they receive final, flattened versions of the product in a JPG format.
* in your galleries and portfolios with proper credit given to Joelle design.
* in web design or blog design projects for a single personal website (no commercial use allowed and no business websites allowed, and this includes other digital scrapbooking designers and/or stores). Proper credit must be given somewhere easily visible on the site (i.e. in the footer) to the effect of "Digital graphics created by Joelle design @ www.design2create.nl " All files MUST be made at 72dpi for website and blog design and the final product must be in a flattened JPG format OR a merged visible PNG format for website and blog design.
Under the terms of this license, you MAY NOT use any of my products...
* to make any sort of digital or print scrapbooking products whether it is for sale or given as free (freebies) - this includes papers/paper packs, kits, embellishments/elements, templates, product previews, any sort of promotional products, professional web design/professional blog design, blinkie or banner design...This is a Scrap For Hire license only.
* to claim as your own, either in altered format or in existing format.
* to print products out as is and sell or give as free in individual printed format.
* to make quickpages or quickpage albums for sale or for free.
* to make hybrid items to be sold as downloadable files.
* to make logos, business cards, or other business branding and likewise materials.
* to make any non-scrapbook or non-card related items for sale or given as free (freebies).
for any national or mass production or distribution/re-distribution (or any 3rd party printing or resale services).
* for any other use not described or included above.
