All items in this download are protected by copyright in the United States of America, copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein. This product was created by Designs2create.

The product is for commercial use but you may not sell it in it's original form. You may sell the end result of the action in a digital kit - but you may NOT sell a pack of the end product.

You MAY:

You may modify images as necessary. An example would be to recolor or resize.
You may create Quick Pages and Albums for your clients. Your clients must receive the final product as a flattened .jpg - no psd files or individual elements - all items must be merged together.
You may make kits or sets using my Commercial Use product up to a maximum of 25%.
You may make freebies using my Commercial use product. - they must be flattened, merged together! such as in a Quick Page.

You may NOT:

Do NOT use this to crreate anything to promote or signify anything illegal or obscene in nature, nothing pornographic, racist or hate related. I ask that you please respect my TOU. I take a firm stance on these subjects. Thank you!
You may NOT use my Commercial use product and make it into a gray-scaled item and resell it in any format.
You may NOT create new designer tools or Commercial use items from my Commercial use items/tools. An example would be taking an overlay and making a paper and selling the paper with a commercial use license.
You may NOT use any Designs2create products to create stock images and sell them at any site. You may NOT put them on CD or sell to a third party.
You may NOT claim these graphics as your own. Copyright is maintained by Designs2create.
You may NOT alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
You may NOT give these downloads to your friends. Please send them to my store to purchase.
You may NOT make any Designs2create products into tubes, templates or brushes for use with any software and redistribute them in any way.
You may NOT use any Designs2create products for website graphics. Furthermore, you may NOT offer these graphics on any webpage, newsgroup, Yahoo group or include them in any graphic collection either on the internet or otherwise.

I do not require credit for my Commercial use products however, it is always appreciated! I may amend this Commercial Use TOU at any time.

How may I use your designs? FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. NO COMMERCIAL USE IS ALLOWED. (Email me for special consideration).

YOU MAY SUBMIT YOUR LAYOUTS FOR PUBLICATION, as long as credit is given to Designs2create. By purchasing or downloading my designs, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as outlined in this Terms of Use agreement.

TERMS OF USE: By purchasing and/or downloading these products, you are obtaining a license to use these designs. Use of these designs is limited to the license given with the product. These products are for personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed in any way, electronically or tangibly, for free or for a fee. No commercial use is permitted. If you post scrapbook pages or other projects online or submit them to magazines using any of these products, credit to Designs2create MUST BE GIVEN.

You MAY:

Use the graphics for your own personal scrapbook layouts or altered arts projects, including hybrid.
Resize, Re-color, and otherwise change these graphics to suit your personal needs.
Submit your layouts using these graphics online, so long as credit is given to Designs2create.
Submit your layouts using these graphics to publications such as magazines and newsletters so long as credit is given to Designs2create.

You may NOT:

Use these graphics for any project or product that will be sold or used to generate income.
Use these graphics for web templates, web design, e-mail templates, signatures or any other form of electronic/web based design, or anything mass produced.
Change these graphics in some way to then claim them as your own. Do not use my designs to create your own designs (you may NOT use any part of this design as a design tool).
Resell or redistribute these graphics in any way, shape or form. - Please direct those interested back to where you obtained the product -

This is your responsibility. DO NOT SUPPORT PIRACY! Designs2create is not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of Designs2create's products. Designs2create products were created specifically for digital scrapbook creation. If you would like to use these items for another purpose, you must contact me for permission. Additional charges will apply for large businesses or for uses/terms other than digital scrapbooking/hybrid scrapbooking.
